Online-Training Education System Analysis Accepts Behavior And Training Behavior Influencing Factors

Network education and training provides much convenience for the daily learning of people through its rich teaching resources, flexible teaching means and diverse teaching form, it presents better development situation. But compared with developed countries, the network training and education system utilization of China is lower. The study on the domestic network training and education system is deficient, and it is difficult to provide better study environment for the learners, which restricts the generalization and usage of network training and education system.This article starts from the perspective of information system evaluation, studies the generalization and usage of it. It respectively analyzes information technology acceptance and customer satisfaction under network conditions, and proposes the improvement suggestion, at the same time puts up with the information system evaluation model combining information technology acceptance and customer satisfaction. The main study content of this thesis is as follows:①Combining with customer satisfaction and technology acceptance theory and used in the system evaluation model of network training and education. According to it's characteristics of network training and education system, it combines the technology acceptance and customer satisfaction model with network training and education, proposes new theory model.②Introducing the factors such as socialization network, search engine, usability and so on into network training and education system, analyzes the system model by combining network generalization and technology means.③Through the network system development, operation of life service, information and electronic business, it has obtained experience and data and proposed the study model of this article.④Finally, it puts forward the management method of network training and education system. Finally, this article proposes the management suggestion of network training and education system, it has instructive effect on the future design and development of network training and education system, as well as operation.
