Information Technology(IT) plays an important role in guaranteeing systematization, informationization and standardization of education and training industry. Its essential are as below, The implementation of IT can take place of the traditional manual action,solve the low efficiency, deal with labor forces allocated unreasonable and resources wasted. The work flow of IT also can strengthen the interconnection of educational administration department,customer service department, HR department and financial department, make them work together efficiency. As a part of application of computer technology, the construction of modular standards-based education and training industry, will greatly raise the efficiency of the management,change the business more flexible.Furthermore, it will make the business model of enterprise easy to duplicate and spread under valid control.This project which uses object-oriented software development technology will focus on a training information system. This system used C# as a development tool,used Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 as a back-end database. The database structure was designed pointedly, including data dictionary and database module design. It is easy to aggregate specific data and ensure data security by using technology of SQLSERVER Views and Stored Procedures in the development process.Applying the system indicate that it can discover the lack of resources timely,solve the inefficiencies of manual operation, increase coordination between business units, improve the business skills and proficiency of operators, enhance the management of the business of enterprise by the technical architecture and the implementation of this subject.
