Operating assets is a word that derived from the social process of rapid development like Internet,and it has been widely used.From the perspective of the management unit,the operating assets will be divided into separate out and managed separately now is the trend,but also from the operational use of the production unit,the operating lease assets to participate in the production,management and other activities units than direct buy assets more cost-effective and flexible.In order to optimize the utilization of operating assets,the establishment of a separate operating assets management system is also a trend.Through the establishment of an asset management system.Operating assets can be realized within the enterprise asset management leasing,lending process automation management,work management in the past to solve the complicated process problems.At the same time,operating assets management system can also significantly improve operating efficiency and asset management,improve management information and enhance the transparency of operating assets management process.Thinking about the characteristics of operating assets management process,this thesis realizes an operational asset management system suitable for China's national conditions based on the.Net framework and C# Language.This paper makes full use of the method of software engineering,completes the whole development process of software engineering,and completes the development of six functional modules: system asset information management,contract management,rental management,notice and announcement management,data statistical analysis and system management.This system used B/S architecture.The main work includes: First,the current literature research and analysis,particularly in the background of operating assets management system,meaning the status quo at home and abroad,proved the theoretical and practical significance of this study;the second is the operating assets management systems involved in the development of related technologies research and analysis,describes the system architecture,system development related to technology and database technology;the third is binding studies of relevant literature,and my work experience and expert interview situation complete system demand analysis,using use case diagram describes the system requirements six major functions,and gives the performance requirements of the system;Fourth,the system design,detailed design and database design.Fifth,system implementation,we use the Microsoft provided associated development tools and platforms,coding to achieve the entire system.During development of this system has been tested to work after the completion of the development work of the deployment,the deployment is completed and completed compatibility testing to ensure the system is running smoothly.After the completion of the system has been conducted in the company test run throughout the trial operation,I run the system and the relevant data were recorded to ensure that the system problems in the trial run can be resolved in time and after the end of the trial run Able to run smoothly.The development of the system is of great significance,it can improve the efficiency of management of operational assets,the management level of information and the transparency of work.After the system completed,there are further enhancements in functionality and performance space,in the latter I will continue to study and optimize the business processes and system performance.
