The author analyzes the background of the system development and the present situation of assets management, introduces the whole system generally, details the demand analysis and framework design and describes the process of system implementing and testing.The system resolves the following main problems,Firstly, in this system we combine the RUP and traditional waterfall mode, and UML and process document criterion to realize development process and criterion more standard and more effective.Secondly, the system can offer the methods maker a veracious and systemicplatform to know and master the Shandong Yellow River information andcommunication assets with standard names, clear collecting data, pictures andexplanation of equipments. And through the system the user can query theequipments that they want.Thirdly, on the technical aspect, the system realizes safely log on and managementby priority of all grads and species, fuzzy query with multi-conditions, convenientresult exporting, great operating speed and work efficiency and self-contained databackup and recovery function.
