With the progress of network and information techniques, Electronic Commerce grows fast in our economy. Electronic Commerce is a new mode of business activity through Internet, and is an integrated entity that includes information flow, business flow, fund flow and logistics. It uses the modern information technique to deal with information delivering, information management, commodity exchange, service trade, trade management and etc. It is the network economy with Internet as a platform.In drastic market competition, if enterprises want to remain invincible, to exist and grow, they have to acquire more orders. The key of acquiring more orders is the products' quoted prices. Inside enterprises, quoted price involves management department, manufacturing department, finance department, supplying department technique department and etc., each department needs to share a lot of information on product quoted price. Between enterprises, providers, dealers and clients also need to share the quoting information. Quick and precise quoting to clients is the basis of acquiring more orders for each enterprise. The development of information technique and Electronic Commerce makes the relation between enterprises no longer simple rivals; most often they become partners. As a consequence, enterprises no longer emphasize life-and-death competition, but pay more attention to make double win situation on opening source. In order to seek the co-development of industry enterprises, we have to establish a third party platform, which let the middle and small scaled enterprises use the network to exchange timely information and to guide their own production and distribution.This thesis primarily aims at quoted price in Electronic Commerce by thinking over characteristics, factors, process and functions of quoted price on the collaborative electronic commerce platform in order to realize the main function of network product quoted price. Its main purpose is the effective management of query, quoting and bargaining of products between enterprises based on the price information of each department in an enterprise and thequoting functions within enterprises, and consequently guaranteeing the speediness and the veracity of quoted price between enterprises in the Internet environment. The thesis gives an inside-out analyse of the characteristics, factors, process and functions of quoted price based on the material needs, and brings up a suitable mode of network product quoted price between enterprises. The main features of this mode are providing individual product quoted prices to customers and collecting the quoting information among and within enterprises in a single quoted price system. This thesis also gives a detailed introduction to the system's analysis, design and realization process. The UML language is adopted to set up the analysis model of the system, and Visual Studio. NET is used as its development platform. The quoting system is realized with methods of B/S mode and three layers according to .Net framework.
