With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile office,how to better support business development and network maintenance is a subject that each operator needs to be considered.The Inner Mongolia telecom industry lack a unified operating platform for the entire business,a business needs a multi party cooperation can be complete,which results in low efficiency and high cost.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)System requirement analysis.Firstly,we analyze other area operators' advanced experience and practice examples combined with the business process of Inner Mongolia Telecom,and put forward five functional requirements: scheduling management functions,installed management functions,construction management functions,business information management functions and auxiliary functions.These functions include the installation of broadband,business operations,fault repair and integrated information query and processing,and other systems processes,and these functions determine the system's basic use cases and relation graph of entity according to the business operations.In addition to the functional requirements,this thesis also illustrates the nonfunctional requirements from four aspects------security,reliability,maintainability and usability,and the test index is established.Finally,the entity relationship model is built.(2)System design and implementation.The system is divided into three parts: the mobile terminal,the server and the corresponding interface of the system.And the architecture design of the whole system is determined by the analysis of the software structure and physical topology.i system uses the interface of the existing system to implement a unified platform.The platform provides an access to existing system for the outside operation staff.Then database is designed and implemented,through the design of the database model diagram,the system data tables are included reasonably and efficiently.The function module of requirement analysis is designed in detail,and each function sub-module is described in detail using sequence diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram of UML modeling language to model the function of each module processes and activities sequence and analysis framework and interface of the system,realizes the equipment maintenance system makes Inner Mongolia Telecom Network Transport Ministry of equipment and maintenance personnel can be installed with information query,maintenance resources the query and change and statistics function in the area of the scene,and can carry out on-site maintenance information,interactive terminal and data platform.(3)System system testing.Finally,after the actual use of League City,Inner Mongolia telecom equipment maintenance personnel of various functional testing of each module of the system pressure test and concurrency testing non functional testing using Load Runner.The test achieves the expected goal and meets the system requirements.At present,the system has been on-line,from the users' feedbacks,we know that the system has basically met the needs of users.The system essentially solves the goal of efficiency of loading and maintenance personnel,at the same time,it improves the efficiency and save the operation cost.
