Research And Application Of Intelligent Campus Advanced Operation And Maintenance Service Pattern

The level of campus informatization has become one of the core elements of school competitiveness,and more and more attention has been paid to campus IT operation and maintenance.This paper pointed out the problems and trends of campus operation and maintenance management,introduced the applications of modern information technology such as the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data on the intelligent campus maintenance service.The paper also studied on the rules and the implementation of intelligent campus operation and maintenance scheduling management,and enhanced the efficiency of operation and maintenance to carry on quantitative analysis and calculation.On this basis,the paper put forward innovative ideas and framework design of intelligent campus service pattern,through electronic warranty card based on two-dimensional code,campus network based on ZigBee technology and cloud operation platform based on cloud architecture technology,provided real-time operation and maintenance service,and realized the innovation of the intelligent campus operation and maintenance service pattern.Combining with the "intelligent campus operation and maintenance service cloud platform" case,the paper described the application of intelligent campus advanced maintenance service in practice,and its economic and social benefits.
