Design And Implementation Of A Tax Cadre Training Management Information System For Administrative Region

With the coming of information era,the rapid development of China's social economy has led to the continuous reform of the tax system.The rapid development of science and technology has also contributed to information process of the tax department management.In the development process of the content and style of the tax management,tax cadres demand more opportunities of training and learning.The traditional way of training management can't meet the needs of increasing training business.This thesis studies the design and implementation of Shaanxi Province tax cadre training management information system to make the overall plan arrangement,optimize the allocation of funding to provide the necessary data and support,and improve the tax system of cadre training management work more scientific and precise level.The system integrates tax cadres training data of Shaanxi Province,to build a unified information platform,which provides training and education services to the province's tax department through Internet.In the stage of tax cadre training management information system requirement analysis,we model the standardized training management process through theoretical study and practical research.First,according to functional analysis of domestic and foreign training management information system,we build the requirements of the tax cadre training system function module to satisfy the training business and provide simple functions.In the description of the specific requirements,this thesis uses use case diagram of UML.In the process of data modeling,since the system involves large amount of information with different types,some of which is about national secrets and personal privacy,thus,we should carefully consider the data model and security problem.This thesis use relational database to store and manage the data.Firstly,we give the E-R diagram.In addition,transparent data encryption technology is used to protect the data in terms of safety,which makes stolen data become meaningless without unauthorized keys or passwords.In architecture design phase,this thesis expounds the structure of the system from three aspects:modular design,function structure and network deployment architecture.Considering the system robustness and ease of maintenance,the ASP.Net MVC three-tier architecture is adopted,and the system is designed on B/S structure.In the process of design and Implementation for function.This thesis uses the Microsoft Visual Studio development platform.This thesis gives the design and Implementation details of specific function based on the flow diagram and the sequence diagram.The main business functions include basic information management,project management,training implementation and statistical analysis.Black box testing method is used in system test.Performance test includes system response time,functional ability and the recovery of ability.In addition,the system pressure test is carried out by pressure test software.The results of the tests show that the design and the realization of Shaanxi Province tax cadre training management information system to meet now taxation cadres' education and training needs of the business,to achieve the cross the time and space of education and learning,system integration in Shaanxi Province tax cadres training data,to build a unified information platform,through the Internet to the province's tax department to provide training and education services,and improve the efficiency of tax cadre training management,reached the design target.
