The rapid development of informational technology brings a profound driving force for educational reform, the school education in the wave of reform is undergoing an unprecedented revolution: every factor has changed greatly, from the educational goal to the learning content, from teaching methods to forms of organization. Especially in the 21st century, the society's need to high-quality talent opens the door to quality education; the teachers among the reform can no longer follow the old teaching methods. In order to promote the quality education in China's primary and secondary school teachers are going through a fundamental change - from the traditional teachers to the new information age teachers, the teachers're-education has been in the focus of all society's attention. Now, China has carried out a large number of teacher training practice and research work, and has achieved impressive results. Educational technology capability has been come to an important criterion to measure a teacher in the informational age, as a new dispensable content for the teachers're-education of various subjects in primary and secondary schools, the educational technology training gets an unprecedented value. Especially in December 2004, the Ministry of Education promulgated the " Standards of Educational Technology of China for Teachers (draft)" further standardize the teachers in educational technology training activities, after then a lot of training modules have appeared, These models advocates new ideas of education, introduces a popular mode of training abroad, and has achieved good training effect. But with the new technology means to support the theory of modern education, some new type of models are more easy to operate have quietly emerged and quickly gained recognition. This study uses the new kind of model to explore the theory and practice of teacher training. Based on analyzing various models of educational technology training, the author draws lessons from the latest research achievements of the modern education and other relevant academics, proposes to a new training ideas - the teachers'educational technology training based on Web2.0. The author believes that in order to achieve new breakthroughs in educational technology training, we must seriously study all aspects of past training, in view of the existing problems, with modern network technology representative of the Web2.0 to further study the solution program. According to the requirements of the times and the needs of students, we should perfect the existing and create new personalized training courses, through inspiring the positive of self-learning and collaborative learning to complete the training task. The training's prerequisite is to enhance the quality of the training; we should conscientiously implement the concept of Web2.0, combine the training organizations'resources and resources from fully exploiting the trainees'tremendous potential, and create a new mode of use of resources in teacher training. In addition, we must according to the features of educational technology training, create a Web2.0 network platform for the participants to provide truly open, free and equal based on the "information age" learning environment. This paper comprehensively expounded the training mode based on Web2.0 about its'theoretical foundation, design ideas, learning methods, Web2.0 network environment, the evaluation system and so on, the author show us some of the key methods of applying the mode in the final chapter through practice, as so to provide reference and specific methods of operation for readers and the organizers of educational technology training. At the end of the paper the author makes a brief description of the mode's problems, points out the follow-up study's orientation and tasks.
