| Nowadays, more and more training school emerges, and most of them have poor management of educational information. That makes great challenges for schools’ development. The training schools have several distinctive features:firstly, the diversity of students’level; secondly, the diversity of teachers’ level; thirdly, the heavy loan of education management; the last one is having many branch schools.Educational management is the critical part in the school’s management. In order to complete it better, it needs a set of reasonable and modern management methods, because the educational management is a very complex and comprehensive work. This paper is going to study this problem, and to establish a set of modern information system of educational management with information technology, in order to improve the efficiency of educational management.This paper will introduce the whole process of the educational management system for training school in detail. Specifically, the whole process includes the following parts:Firstly, introduce the specific situation of the application and test of the educational management system.Secondly, introduce the current situation of the educational management system, and explain the problems;Thirdly, explain the management work, such as the students’ mark, teaching staff and the courses;Fourthly, in the principle of high efficiency, simple to carry out, on the basis of the methods needed in the system’s establishing, the principles’ obeyed in the establishing, the technology applied and the functions of the system, works out the work plan of the whole system, the database needed in the system operation, work interface and the subsystems. |
