| Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute belongs to Sichuan Provincial Power Company of the State Grid Corporation directly under the comprehensive scientific research institutions. Its subordinate body covers a complete range of departments, and now is growing scale of development. Meanwhile, Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute has been not only the technical supervision, technical services and technical information center of Sichuan Electric Power Corporation, but also the backbone of power system technology researching, testing and technical personnel training, so it plays a leading role in technology.Construction educational training management message system, plays a very important and positive part in accelerating the management of enterprise integration, breaking the management of mutual closeness and partition model, promoting work efficiency and quality, enhancing the management from extensive model to meticulous model. In order achieve to support the requirements of management of electric scientific institute integration and improve the whole informationize level to an advanced level, this paper researches and analyses the integrating, sharing and cooperating of Sichuan electric power and research institute management system.This paper researches and analyses Sichuan electric power and research institute management system from four aspects as follow. First, in order to provide realistic support the establishment of training management message system, the author focuses on the background, target and reason of this subject, meanwhile, the author analyzes the present situation of program and construction which has been done; second, the author mainly analyzes the detailed program construction of the system, discussing the feasibility of it from several ways; in addition, based on the proposed detailed technical structure; the last part is about protective measures, promotive strategies and relative system appendix and so on. |
