Design And Development Of Training School Management System Based On ThinkPHP Framework

With the development of the learning society,the training school plays an important role in cultivate the professional technical talents,which meets the gradually increasing learning demand.But because of the irregular flows,low management efficiency,late information transmission and other defects,the management pattern of traditional training schools has not suited for the need of efficient management in the modern society.Therefore,according to the operation flow of training schools,this paper designs an information system which can help training schools to establish the modern data management system.This system helps the enterprises to achieve the targets of optimizing the operation flow,helping decision makers to grasp the core data,assisting teachers to teach and assisting students to learn from the aspects of data management and data analysis with high practical significance and utility value.The main research content of this paper is the design and implementation of the school management system.Firstly,it investigates the research status of the domestic and foreign school management systems,by learning and drawing on the design experience of all kinds of the school management systems at present,it confirms the research content and research directions of this paper;by reviewing the relevant technical files,it confirms the core technology referred in designing and developing the system.The requirement analysis is the critical gist of the system design and development,so in the requirement analysis process,this paper researches the department division of training schools and the operation flows of each department in details,then extracts the core operation requirements of each department.It describes the main operation roles and operation flows of the system by UML modeling language,and designs the core use cases of each department.In the system design process,according to the design target of the system,this paper confirms the system frame of MVC+DAO,and adopts ThinkPHP as the system's implementation frame.This system promotes the system expansion by the module design;then it guarantees the data security and visit security of the system by the encryption technique and the permission validation technique;it achieves the self-adaption of the system interface on all kinds of the scree browsers by BootStrap technology;and it improves the visit efficiency of the interior files and videos by OSS object storage + CDN acceleration technique.After the detailed demand analysis and the system design,this paper finishes the system development and test.The school management system designed in this paper has been operated now.The practice indicates that the system bears the main operation flows of each department in the training school;achieves the information management of the three core department work,like marketing,teaching and educational administration,and promotes the school's management efficiency,the staff's working efficiency and the students learning efficiency,which will provide the accurate data support for the enterprise managers to make decisions;it embodies the utility value of the system.
