The Research And Design For The Integrated Administrative Examination And Approval Platform And Its Security

With the development of network technology, the construction of E-government has become the important content of government informatization, online administrative examination and approval is the core and essence of e-government, is the development and innovation of the government management model. Based on the existing e-government online approval system, after analysis of the actual needs and business processes, design and implementation of the administrative examination and approval to accelerate the pace of integration platform of e-government, improve administrative efficiency of the government, the formation of standardized operation, unified and efficient administrative system, has the extremely vital significance to deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system. Four parts are included in the present thesis.Firstly, this paper discusses the administrative examination and approval system research background and the implementation of the platform for key technologies, according to the software engineering requirements analysis method, analysis the description from the business requirements, user needs, and three levels of functional requirements of the system requirements.Secondly, the platform of administrative examination and approval system is designed overall on the basis of the needs analysis. The system architecture and the overall functions are designed thoroughly according to the objectives and principles of system which are put forward from the demand of the system. The main consideration of the overall architecture is the system scalability, maintainability, performance issues, and using SOA framework and J2EE application architecture. From the perspective of integration, the author makes a specific design for the function of the platform on terms of the core application, basic support and running guarantee.Thirdly, the author analyzes and designs online administration hall of the integrated administrative examination and approval platform for the angle of business model, business process and database. A detailed design is carried on for the key database module of online administration hall in terms of functions, performance and algorithmic logic. In order to understand the implementation process more completely, the author provides the interface of running for the online administration hall.Fourthly, in order to ensure data security, the author puts forward word segmentation for the content stored in the database and carry out the project of dynamic combination key encryption on the base of segmentation. And at the same time, the design process, the encryption algorithm and the algorithm of field segmentation key generation are studied and test the randomness generated by key encryption and compared with other projects, which verifies the dynamic combinatorial key encryption project ensure the safety of key encryption of the saved content in the database word segments, enhancing the database security of the system.
