With the rapidly social and economic development and the progress of the information age,people desire a higher level of spiritual culture.Colleges and universities are centers of quality education and cultural resources,at the same time,the university library,known as the "second classroom" of students,is also a university literature resource and information service center.It has significant advantages in terms of collection resources,space environment and technical personnel.Not only does it have the function of book keeping and lending,self-study rooms,but more importantly,it can provide students with a variety of information services.Through the full utilization of the library,students' information literacy level and media literacy level can be improved,students can learn to use a large amount of disorderly information resources,develop good habits of self-learning,and promote the smooth progress of student learning and research activities.In order to fully understand the present situation of the entrance education for new students of colleges and universities in Anhui province,This article Some students and teachers in Anhui province are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey on the new entrance education of the University Libraries in Anhui Province.By analyzing the data obtained from the survey,we summarize the problems in practice,and finally put forward reasonable suggestions and suggestions for the practice and development of the freshmen of University Libraries in Anhui province.This essay divides the research results into seven parts:Part survey framework of the article is elaborated,the object of the survey and the content of the survey are described in detail,followed by a brief description of the investigation procedure.The second section introduces the overall development situation of the entrance education for new students of colleges and universities in Anhui province.It focuses on the analysis of two aspects of effectiveness,including improving library utilization and improving students' ability to solve problems of library use.After that,it introduces in detail the form and content of the entrance education for new students of colleges and universities in Anhui province,investigates the forms of educational activities in different colleges and universities,the coverage rate of students in different forms of educational activities and the forms of educational activities for freshmen Preferences,analysis of the characteristics of popular forms of education.At the same time,it also investigates the freshmen's mastery of the education content,including the layout of the library,the law of the discharge of paper books,the readers' access to the civilized conventions,the website of the library,the reader system,and the digital resources of the library.And made a feedback survey on the students' satisfaction with content setting.Through a series of surveys,we found out the weaknesses in the
