Investigation And Analysis Of The Utilization Of Open Access Resource In University Libraries Of Anhui Province

With the user of the information resource demand increasing,procurement expenditure of library is becoming more and more,which results in tight expense of libraries and emerges the problems of the library information resource shortage,the concept of open access emerges as the times require.The creation of open access resources has a positive effect to solve these problems.The open access emerges in foreign firstly,so the development of open access in foreign is relatively early,and these foreign countries construct a lot of open access resources,which is relatively perfect in development and utilization.But,in China,due to late start,there is no perfect development and utilization of open access resources,the construction needs to be further improved.The library is the main institution in resources of the development and utilization,and it needs to improve the development and utilization of open access resources,which can relieve the procurement of funds library tension effectively,and improve the number of electronic resources in library.The university libraries of Anhui Province are not enough in-depth and extensive in the cognition and utilization of open access,the development of this area with individual university libraries is still blank,which is a great space for development.This paper selects Anhui Province Public Library in-depth investigation and research,analyses the development and utilization of open access in university libraries of Anhui Province,and solves the main problems,which can put forward specific feasible suggestions for the development and utilization of open access in university libraries of Anhui Province.This paper is divided into seven parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,introduces the causes of open access,and defines the definition of open access resources.Through the literature research method,this paper analyzes the development situation at home and abroad,obtains the promotion effect of open access resources to the university library,and then states the research methods,ideas and innovation points of this paper.The second part is the design of investigation about development and utilizationof open access resources in the university libraries of Anhui Province,this paper firstly determine that the objects of investigation include 29 University Libraries of Anhui Province,the contents of investigation include situation of library development and utilization of open access resources,investigation procedures mainly uses the network investigation method and literature investigation method,which carry out in-depth investigation and research to the university libraries of Anhui Province.The third part is to investigate the overall situation of development and utilization of open access resources of University Libraries in Anhui Province,the survey includes open access resources of each university library for reveal angle,reveal ways,numbers and types of resource,organizations,propaganda situation,contents and other aspects,so as to form the survey table of university libraries in Anhui province development the use of open access resources,and carefully analyze the overall situation of university libraries in Anhui province the development and utilization of open access resources.The fourth part is the analysis and enlightenment of a typical case,development and utilization of open access resources in the university libraries of Anhui province.Mainly through investigating the open access resources of libraries in Anhui University,Anhui Medical University,Anhui University of Technology,Tongling University and HeFei University of Technology,the utilization of open access resources in these five libraries are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages are concluded.The fifth part is the analysis of existing problems and reasons in development and utilization of open access resources in Anhui province university library.Through part three,investigation of the overall situation of development and utilization of open access resources in university libraries in Anhui province,and part four,the analysis of typical cases which is the analysis and enlightenment of open access resources in University Libraries of Anhui province,some urgent problems in the development and utilization of open access resources in the University Libraries of Anhui province are found,mainly including undefined way to reveal the open access resources,single mode of open access resource organization and insufficient publicity and attention of open access to resources.The sixth part is research and suggestions for exploitation and utilization of open access resources website of the University Library in Anhui Province.According to the problem in the fifth part,this paper put forward feasible suggestions for the development and utilization of open access resources in the university library of Anhui province,such as accurately revealing open access resources,scientific organization of open access resources,improving the quality of open access resources and strengthening promotion of open access resources,promoting the development and utilization of open access resources.The seventh part is the conclusion,I summary the causes of open access resources and the role on promoting the university library,and defects in the process of writing,hoping to get further development in the future.I hope that the obtained conclusion and the strategy put forward in this paper have a role in promoting the development and utilization of open access in the University Libraries of Anhui province and the overall development of university libraries career of Anhui province.
