Investigation And Analysis On The Construction Of Characteristic Digital Resources Of University Libraries In Anhui

With the rapid development of science and technology,and the improvement of people's living standard in 21 new century,the demand for digital resources of the miscellaneous information under the network environment become larger and larger,and the construction of digital information resources is particularly important.Based on the demand for the digital information of users,more and more university libraries to construct the characteristic resource database,and the characteristics of digital resources have been paid more attention.They make full use of the current information technology and realize the collection of resources,improve the characteristics of digital resources to meet the needs of users.They improve the quality of service,contribute their own strength to scientific research institutes,universities,libraries and information institutions for their learning and researching work in the digital resources construction and services.Under this background,the author firstly choose 29 university libraries and two of the above institutions as the research object in Anhui Province,using a network of research to carry out a detailed statistical analysis mainly in the form of university library digital resources construction quantities,content,forms and structures.Secondly,taking the three libraries of Anhui University,Anhui University Of Science and Technology,Anhui Science and Technology University as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of characteristic resources.Pointed out many problems in our province college library in the construction of digital resources,such as the construction of resources quantity gap,the lack of subject characteristics and reveals,a single form of construction,the web page structure is irrational and low degree of attention to the university.Finally,from different ways to put forward to strengthen the characteristic resource construction of university library.Firstly from the collection of resources to the organization and revealed of resource,secondly from the selection of characteristic resource construction form to create a good user experience and website maintenance,and finally to the publicity of the characteristics resource,which is a process to achieve the point of view.The author puts forward some personal suggestions,in order to provide reference for the construction of characteristic digital resources of University Libraries in Anhui province.This article mainly carries on the investigation and analysis from the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research status and purpose,the chapter overview and innovation.The second chapter is the 29 in Anhui Province,the two and the college library selected through a network of research and statistics for the survey,the number of construction,to investigate the characteristics of digital resources,content,form,construction of "structure(including resource classification arrangement structure,reveal the dimensions and navigation services etc.),analysis of the specific situation.The third chapter is the case analysis and enlightenment.A case study of Anhui University,Anhui University Of Science And Technology and Anhui Science and Technology University,three colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is the existing problems and causes analysis.Based on the detailed investigation and case analysis of the overall situation of the characteristic resources construction of University Libraries in our province,the paper puts forward some concrete problems.The fifth chapter is thinking and suggestions.Based on the present situation and case analysis,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Simple summary and prospect.
