The Automatic Identification System(AIS),put forward by the International Maritime Organization(IMO),the International Telecommunication Union(ITU-R)and the International Association of Navigation and Aids(IALA),is a digital navigation aid System and equipment and has been widely used worldwide.However,the inherent vulnerability of the AIS system makes it possible to broadcast VDL messages maliciously.Wrong telegrams will affect the normal operation of the AIS equipment at the ship's end,wasting channel resources.On this issue,this paper studies and develops a monitoring program for AIS shore stations to monitor in real time various types of VDL management messages at AIS stations to mitigate the impact of AIS vulnerability.In this paper,we use C/S model of distributed system to plan and design the system based on the 3-tier architecture layers:human-computer interaction layer,business logic layer and data access layer.The Three layers correspond to our interactive software,AIS security message real-time monitoring software,database system.First of all,the dissertation systematically studied the working mechanism of AIS management message,and analyzed the business requirements pertinently.Based on this,we have designed the system business functions and overall structure and summarized the shore station management business,shore station telegraphy real-time monitoring business and real-time data statistics business.Using the modular design idea,the AIS security message real-time monitoring software and human-computer interaction software were designed.The components of the AIS security message real-time monitoring software such as message receiving and filtering module,message analyzing module,communication module,request processing module and data management module are given.The functional requirements and specific implementation flow of each module are given.The functional requirements and specific implementation flow of each module are described in detail in this paper.For the human-computer interaction software,it focuses on the design of real-time monitoring data statistics service,AIS port station VDL management message management service,AIS shore station information management service,etc.Finally,based on the design,a distributed multi-client system is established.The functional testing and real-time processing capabilities are tested to verily the effectiveness of the system.The results show that the system can support real-time message input of the national AIS shore station,and meets the demand for the nationwide supervision services of the shore station management message.
