| Many supported devices require the support of the platform to reach a certain level before formal work,such as radar launchers,artillery platforms and so on.In the past,these devices were often manually adjusted,which caused the time was consuming and the adjustment accuracy was not high.In recent years,some automatic leveling systems,including hydraulic and electromechanical systems,have been developed to improve leveling accuracy and efficiency,But the leveling device is mainly used in vehicle radar and other heavy equipment,widely used in power system for isolating switch mechanism box and other small devices,there is little research,but also for leveling,positioning equipment requirements,more rarely,In this paper,a set of automatic leveling and positioning control system is studied for the small equipment with positioning and leveling requirements.The main contents are as follows.1)The existing research results and future directions of automatic leveling technology are introduced in detail,and the main application fields of automatic leveling technology at the present stage are summarized2)The principle of leveling positioning is analyzed systematically,and an improved single direction decoupling strategy is developed3)The selection of the components under the condition of meeting the targets and the economic cost is analyzed.The automatic leveling and positioning scheme using PLC and positioning module is determined,and the hardware and software are designed4)The automatic control system is debugged in the laboratory,and the feasible improvement measures are found in the process of debuggingThis paper implements the small electromechanical automatic leveling positioning method to replace time-consuming manual adjustment way long,low precision,the leveling positioning time by manual half an hour to 3 minutes automatic leveling machine,leveling accuracy is greatly improved,to achieve the desired purpose subject standard,meet the design requirements. |
