This paper is mainly to study leveling system of high-precision-platform, analyze its required performance and supporting trait, design a high-precision-platform leveling system controlled by AT89C4051.And the system realized a fast, stabilization and high precision leveling. It mostly includes several parts as follows.The first, the platform's static model is built include the level of state and non-standard state condition. Analysis of connection of the force of platform legs in both situations with the platform angle and platform span has been done. Several leveling strategy has been compared and find the leveling method of maintain the highest point not moving to a "chase-style". This method has good point of leveling high precision leveling, good reliability, fast leveling and so on. By comparing the three legs way and four legs way, the cause of false legs has been found and we put forward a solution for that virtual leg method, which pre-determine the minimum through the leveling legs and enrich the lowest branch legs after leveling. The good point of this method is that it safeguards the status of leveling platform, and the fine-tuning will not bring about changing the platform. In addition the relative order of enrichment in accordance with four legs, this method to only find real three legs shorten the leveling time.Secondly, through, neural network is used to compensate for deformation of the platform by the system analysis and modeling. Under the simulation analysis in matlab, this control structure has been proved to be high control precision, fast convergence speed and a certain degree of anti-dry.Thirdly, according to the system design requirements, design principles, a comprehensive analysis of technical indicators to determine the selection of electromechanical legs C51 MCU-based control system; thereby the overall program of leveling program has been designed. The composition and principles of the system were analyzed. In this system, the leveling process is completely dependent on the real-time communication of level of the sensor and microcontroller, which greatly simplifies the structure of the system. It also laid the foundation for reliable operation. Finally, the system software has been designed. The algorithms, processes and principles have been added into the program, and then it is integrated, compiled and linked. Program files has been downloaded to the microcontroller and tested in the bed experiments. The results show that it has the good effect.
