With the network upgrade from all walks of life,Security monitoring field usher in a major turnaround in this trend.In the rapid development of the network today,combined with the Internet and video monitoring.can provide convenience for many people.In the field of security monitoring,the clarity of the video cannot satisfy the needs of users.With the release of H.265 standards and technologies,let the original video with the same quality,the compression ratio will double success.make high-definition video transmission become possible.In the background of security monitoring,this thesis studies the problems such as poor resolution,high transmission delay and network limitation of the current monitoring system.The thesis proposed a new model of network monitoring.Using H.265 video coding technology improves the compression rate,using hard-coding technology reduces the coding delay.In the Ali cloud server design streaming media server to achieve video data network forwarding.The system eventually achieved multi-channel high-definition video network transmission.The research content of the thesis can not only be applied in the field of security monitoring,but also can be used in many fields such as telemedicine and video conferencing.The system is designed to solve practical problems,it has a high application value.The system is divided into three parts for design.Video acquisition coding end based on the HiSilicon Hi3516 D processor male network HD module IPG-HP201A-S-F36 as a front-end hardware platform to achieve video capture and H.265 hard-coded,compared to embedded soft coding in the compression rate increased significantly,this processor also has low power consumption,stable performance and other advantages.The part of video capturing and coding based on hardware and software integration design,to meet the needs of the overall system.In the part of video transmission,Combined with the front-end equipment network environment and taking into account the public network forwarding characteristics of video data,select the push mode forwarding as the basic idea of system transmission design.In the front-end design of video data push program to achieve with the streaming media server connection and data transmission.To Ali cloud server as a platform to build streaming media server.Streaming media server based on EasyDarwin open source framework and open source library for the development and implementation of the system transmission needs.Video decoding player is developed on the PC platform to achieve the video data reception,decoding and playback.Based on FFmpeg decoder and decode library design to achieve video data soft decoding scheme,and then open the based on source player design to achieve multi-channel playback.After testing,the system supports multi-channel video data transmission and playback,the overall operation is stable,the delay control in 1.5s,the completion of design indicators.The research content of the thesis not only has strong engineering practicability,but also provides a new reference model for the future development of security monitoring field.
