| Primary production line is a key role in the process of cigarette production.Intelligent production management system,first and foremost,is designed to adapt the development of cigarette production process.Production management informatization is the focus of reform,and tobacco production process is the integrated process of logistics,Value Stream and Information Stream.Existing Information Stream of production process is passed in the process of production via the form of paper or spoken,which makes very difficult for the sharing and interactive information in each of business system,in the group processing,the data of production-related planning,equipments,tobacco materials,recipes and quality etc.is significantly increased in information,which are particularly prominet for their complexity[1].This systmen ia aimed to improve the automation level in tobacco enterprises,that is,the origianl isolation and looseing ways are being turned into the collaboration and concentration between each of production system.Each of system via interactive information and business collaboration in the process of production consisting of an organic operating system[2].Regarding the practical status in primary workshops,it needs to establish a management system of production data of workshop level,including each of management function in primary lines,such as production and planning,recipe process,production data as well as quality data.From former result management extended to process management,it has improved the quality of products to achieve the management of whole process of production in order to meet the requirement of modern production management of primary workshop.Based on C/S pattern architecture,the system applies Historian database and SQL server 2005 business database,its development technology is ASP.NET,C#as the programming language,and Visual Studio NET selected as its development tool.This system has been passed the test and acceptance,and now is used into production. |
