| A new line of cigar is added by Jinan cigarette factory,which is jointly developed by Jinan cigarette factory and Qinhuangdao tobacco machinery co.,LTD.The line of cigar smoke line involves more equipment,can carry on continuous production or segment,group processing,satisfies the need of the variety of production technology of cigar.For production planning,process quality,product data management and analysis,the enterprise decided to develop the production line of production data management system,keep the information flow throughout the entire process,improve the efficiency of production organization,performance analysis for process quality control,equipment to provide effective data support.Through the development of the system,the cigar production line has established a three-layer production control system including the equipment control layer,the centralized monitoring layer and the production data management layer,and will integrate the automated production and the information management organically.On the basis of summarizing the traditional silk production management technology,this paper establishes the overall functional framework of the production data management system of cigar by analyzing the process task and production control requirement of the cigar tobacco production line and combining with the enterprise management regulations.Use the UML language to model the system in three directions:production control,quality control,and product model,comb the production process,and determine the flow of data.Through the system design in detail,in order to meet objectives set by the requirements analysis phase,implements the cigar leaf production line of various production management tasks,the production data,data quality,unified formulation data management.Quality control is an important part of production data management system,according to the enterprise put forward by the indicators consistency shift to process the request,strengthen cigars production process monitoring,use quality analysis tools to process data in real time analysis,ensure controlled cigar production process.By means of quality tool,the analysis of the overall data of cigar cigars was statistically analyzed,and the decision-making support for quality improvement and process index optimization was provided.This system USES the C/S structure and USES SQL SERVER 2012 as a database to develop with Visual Studio C#development tools.At present,the system has been officially launched,and has been continuously optimized according to user feedback for a period of time. |
