With the progress of technology and the development of society,the manufacturing technology and mode are constantly changing and developing.Among them,the deep integration of enterprise informatization and industrialization is an important measure for manufacturing industry to realize industrial transformation and improve its market competitiveness.As a new advanced manufacturing mode,cloud manufacturing combines advanced technologies and concepts such as cloud computing,internet of things,and artificial intelligence to provide advanced theories and methods for enterprise resource sharing,integration and industrial chains optimization.In the cloud manufacturing mode,brought together massive manufacturing services and manufacturing needs in cloud manufacturing plat,how to standardize their expression,organization,and efficient search,matching and sharing are one of the core technologies of cloud manufacturing.In order to solve this problem,this dissertation studies the construction and application of product standard manufacturing services under cloud manufacturing environment.The main contents include:(1)Based on the BOSS modeling theory of standardized product manufacturing service,this paper further analyzes the concept and structure of cloud manufacturing BOSS and(2)A semi-automatic construction method of BOSS model based on data mining and some key technologies such as data acquisition,data preprocessing,model construction and refining are put forward.(3)Design and develop BOSS semiautomatic(4)Analyze and research the application of product BOSS model in the development and operation of cloud manufacturing platform,industry market analysis and its evolution simulation.The main contents and chapters of the dissertation are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and research significance of the paper,summarizes the current research status of the related theories and technologies in the three aspects of cloud manufacturing,cloud manufacturing resources and service modeling,data mining in manufacturing.On this basis,the thesis puts forward the main research content and framework.The second chapter is the BOSS modeling method of cloud manufacturing service.Based on the concept BOSS standardization modeling method of cloud manufacturing services,the concept,characteristics and different construction methods of BOSS are elaborated to provide theoretical basis and technical framework for BOSS semi-automatic co-nstruction research.The third chapter focuses on the data acquisition of BOSS built,and studies the data source planning,data acquisition and data preprocessing method of BOSS construction.It proposes the data acquisition of multi-strategy theme crawler,Chinese word segmentation and POS tagging,the key technologies used in the process.The fourth chapter builds the semi-automatic BOSS building method,proposes a service node extraction method based on TF-IDF,information entropy and a relationship extraction method based on linguistic rules and hierarchical clustering algorithm to build BOSS prototype,and refined,get the product BOSS model.The fifth chapter is the design and development of semi-automatic building system of BOSS mode.Based on the theories and methods discussed in the previous chapters,this paper designs and develops the semi-automatic building system of BOSS model,the semi-automatic BOSS model building system was implemented and demonstrated.The sixth chapter is the application of BOSS model.The application of BOSS model in cloud manufacturing platform management,industry analysis and simulation are studied.The BOSS-based cloud manufacturing platform management system and BOSS-based industry data statistical analysis examples are put forward to build a framework for BOSS application.The seventh chapter summarizes the prospect,summarizes the thesis,and prospects the direction of further research.
