The Design And Implementation Of Investment Office System For Jiuhua Economy Development Zone

With the development of information technology and artificial intelligence technology,the way that people work,live,learn and communicate has been largely changed.Since computer and network first developed,working via information technology has been one of the ways that people utilize to improve the work efficiency.Office Automation(OA)is the way that combines office work and information technology and deeply influences people's work and lives.Nowadays,office automation is applied variously in all cooperation and institutions.Many institutions use paper-less OA systems,some of which improve work efficiency based on work flow technology.According to the specified requirement analysis on the merchants business apartment in Jiuhua economy development area in Xiangtan,this paper designs and implements a merchants OA system which provides basic intelligent assistant decision and takes advantage of some new technologies such as spring,activiti work flow engine and paddlepaddle deep learning platform.The research of this paper mainly solve some old and low work efficiency problems via applying some new technologies:First,addressing the low-efficiency manual work problems;Second,addressing the nonstandard problems that exist in some business flow;Third,addressing the accurately recommendation problems that occur when preparing materials for designing solutions;Fourth,implementing an OA and intelligent system and solution which meets the merchants requirement in Juihua economy development area.The intelligent merchants office system in this research provides information technology support especially for three main process in merchants business,namely project collection,project checking and area entering contract signing.Based on the research in artificial intelligence,in the process of project checking,this paper provides a merchants acknowledge intelligent recommendation model and realize merchants acknowledge intelligent recommendation by neural algorithms like convolution and full connection algorithms.This system mainly contains several good features:First,it is quite practical and meets the real merchants business need.Second,it is designed by some new technologies,which is the trend of nowadays technologies.Third,it expands the application area of office automation,by importing artificial intelligent assistant decision which improves the office efficiency.According to the implementation and test result,When the system recommends some merchants acknowledge,the accuracy is improving as the amount of the training data gets larger.Moreover,this system is practical,easy-use and well-fit merchants business,and also provides a technology solution for merchants OA development,which meets time features and development trend.
