The Research And Realization Of The Dynamic Workflow Of Office Automation System

There is a trend to support dynamic workflow in OA (office automation) system now. In the past, the OA system was often developed for special bureau. But now there is a problem that if the demands of users' are changed, the developers must change their code. In a circumstance that government section or enterprise section with frequently personnel fluctuation and frequently changes of the business process, the tradition system can't satisfied the customer's demand. Therefore , it is necessary to make an OA system support dynamic custom of workflow to adapt to the reformation of organizations, the changes in personnel and the changes of workflow.This paper researched the principal theory and application method of dynamic workflow. Based on that, the author finished a work-flow custom tool and a COM object of work-flow engine. At the same time , the author made a solution on how to fulfill dynamic work-flow in the C/S environment and in the web environment. He also made a solution on how to dynamic link the worksheet to the OA system. His research work on the technique of how to realize dynamic work-flow is valuable on the development of OA system.
