Development And Application Of Urban Underground Pipelines File Dynamic Update Management System

The urban underground pipeline network becomes increasingly complex with the continuous promotion and development of Chinese economic level.The pipelines are crisscrossed as fine as the web of spider under the ground.However,the existing resources of various underground pipelines are incomplete,and the existing materials are of low accuracy,unconformity with current situation and other problems in China due to various reasons.The underground pipelines are often damaged by building construction during city operation,which seriously threatens the life&property security of the masses and operation order of city.Therefore,it seems to be particularly important to apply information technologies and methods to effectively manage various professional underground pipelines and provide intuitive and effective decision-making tools for construction operation of the decision-making&administrative department and construction unit of city operation.In accordance with construction features and archives management status of underground pipeline,this paper studies how to guarantee the synchronous realization of completion archives archiving of pipeline project and pipeline construction completion.Meanwhile,a set of feasible mechanism is established to guarantee the correct collection and dynamic update of underground pipeline archives.From the information technology level,it studies how to realize processing of various pipeline information,solve the accurate dynamic update of electronic archives and improve the query speed of pipeline data by virtue of GIS technology application;meanwhile,the data preparation subsystem based on C/S framework is developed with ArcGIS Engine and C#technology.From the management application level,it studies how to excavate the pipeline application by making use of the obtained pipeline data to provide the aid decision-making tools for city managers;meanwhile,the pipeline application analysis system based on B/S framework is developed with ArcGIS for Server and Flex technology.A management system for dynamic update of urban underground pipeline archives with strong practicability is created through research and development of the above contents.The research and implementation of paper will have stronger reference values against dynamic management of pipeline archives.
