Study On Enterprise's Secret Electronic Documents Management Mode Based On Information Control

The rapid development of computer technology and network promotes the popularity of office automation.Information exchange,in order to meet the needs of enterprise staff coordinated work,finally realize the efficiency of document management,that trends to the electronic document.However,the characteristics of information sharing,diffusion and destruction also put forward new challenges to the security and confidentiality of information.As the information carrier of document and electronic documents,the core of research gradually tend to enterprise management in information security.While information blooming,the national security work faced with the grim situation.Especially to the Central Enterprises,how to do with the business secrets protection,not only relates to the vicissitudes of the enterprise,but also relates to the national economic development,national security and social stability.So the business secrets protection has become the focus of the social attention.Study on the theory of the document confidentiality,normative ideas of paper documents or e-government had put forward.On the premise of today's office automation,the protection of commercial secrets of electronic documents increasingly highlight its value.To improve the confidentiality of electronic documents,not only from the system to improve,but also from information means to start,in order to effectively solve the problems in security management of electronic documents.This paper uses the literature research method,the related information research method,the case study method and so on,based on in-depth research according to enterprise's confidential electronic document management mode of the China Mobile Communication Corporation,as the backbone of the Central Enterprises that National Security Bureau directly managed.In the background of all the factors of politics,economy and management system,by combing the present situation of the subject,object and organization system of electronic document transmission,management,encryption decryption,self-examination mode,breaking the traditional paper-based documents and confidential work segment management,drawing on the useful experience of advanced internal enterprises and the advanced provinces in information security and business secret management,standing in the system and standardization level,for common problems and two group level management architecture,this paper start from the implementation of content security protection in OA system,which was constructed with the actual needs of China Mobile confidential electronic documents management mode.This study not only can compensate for the lack of enterprise basic management,can provide a useful supplement to theoretical research and practical operation of the China Mobile security work,but also can develop ideas of domestic enterprises and colleagues who will be engaged in the document and the security management,can provide a reference to scholars who interested in the study of confidential electronic documents management.
