Research To The Supports Of Electronic Document Evidence Value

Under the present background of electronic information era, How to be better to administrate electronic document and guarantee its electronic document evidence, which has made a vital subject for archivists' exploration. Based on the view of evolutionary process on electronic document information, it can be divided into three levels to discuss the change of the value of electronic document evidence and to get more information about a growing process of electronic document evidence value, that is, electronic information—current electronic document information—electronic archives, then further to know a growing process of it. Meantime, electronic document's evidence value based on four features, which are primitiveness, integrity, reliability and authenticity. In term of these features, the article analyses the process of embodiment of the value, and apt to construct an electronic document management model from the view of actual, effective and systematic, and on the basis of which to discuss how to guarantee the electronic document evidence value. To strive in the study based on theory, the paper changes the view from electronic documents as proof of evidence to the legal evidence, the reason of which is to improve the efficiency of the electronic documents management and utilization without some red tapes such as the secondary evidence when using the law in the future. Therefore we should have values to give priority to efficiency, to take into account security and make an overall management.
