Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In Luoyang Institute Of Science And Technology

Aiming at Luo Yang institute of technology,infrastructure and distribution department,designed and implemented an OA office automation system software,the system software is easy to operate,easy to govern,safety performance,high cost performance.The system user can be divided into three levels: privileged users,administrators and ordinary users,each level of user more safe level distribution of different permissions,realize three-level management plan;Used in the system of the database using SQL Server database,also USES the security loophole in the detection tools and static analysis method for database security protection;In the process of user login,using the improved salt encrypted way,making each user identity identification number only,make the user login system more secure;In the process of information transmission,analysis and comparison of several encryption algorithm performance and efficiency,and finally with the improved the MD5 algorithm makes a pair for every user in the only document encryption key,under the premise of guarantee the security and integrity of data transmission,does not affect the overall performance of the network.This paper design and develop an office automation system for colleges and universities platform,using the c # programming language,the main work is as follows:(1)analyzed the current situation of the development of office automation system at home and abroad;(2)introduced the system development technology and the basis of the core technology;(3)system for the comprehensive demand analysis and feasibility analysis;(4)the overall structure of the UML modeling,and the database design and analysis,in the overall design process fully consider the problem of the security of this platform,this paper proposes a modified the MD5 algorithm is used in the system of land security encryption and digital signature of messaging;(5)give the concrete realization of the system,and gives the system optimization of some schemes,only for readers reference.This system combined with the Internet,using the browser to the use of the platform,basic can satisfy the demands of ordinary university office,allows mobile office,real-time communication and resource sharing,etc.,can provide convenience for the entire school staff,greatly improve the efficiency of work.
