Design And Implementation Of File Management System Of Community Committees Based On .Net

In the current society,the information plays an increasingly important role,and it has become one of the drives to promote the development of the society and the economy.Archives is a kind of valuable material or material object produced in the social activities and production activities by the state organs,groups,and person.The traditional archive management work is through the file management staff to collect,classify and save files manually,and the archives are mostly paper documents,obviously,it is a complicated but important work.Community Residential Committee also develops toward to the informatization.Because the traditional archive management mode is low efficiency and unsafe,an archives management system with a high security and with perfect function is necessary.In this thesis,the actual needs of the current domestic community residents'committee archive management are analyzed,and this thesis uses the more mature development technology ASP.NET to design and develop a management system for the community's neighborhood archive management and it is based.NET.The system architecture is designed through the analysis of the business process of the file management.Through the detailed design of the file management needs,the system function modules are divided.In the system,a friendly interface is designed to provide a good user experience.This system uses the SQLSERVER2014 database,and the database is designed according to the actual file management work needs.A number of tests are carried out after the system was developed,and the test results show that the system is feasible and comprehensive.Under the premise of meeting the daily needs of the community residents' committee,it also improves the overall efficiency of the management work.
