| Community residents committee is the most close to the people’s life in China.The quality of service in the community has a direct impact on the daily life of the community residents.Traditional community visits,publicity work often due to disturb residents’ lives and get the understanding,the impact of visits,publicity work efficiency,so,we urgently need a way to improve the efficiency of work.This design for the above problem design a community management software,simplify the visit and propaganda work,improve the communication efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the use of modern network technology,database technology,relying on micro channel public accounts of this mature public mobile terminal platform,a community committee announced the micro channel push platform software,will work in the original community visits propaganda,announcements,posters,through micro channel public account platform for network push.Realized the notice,the content of the announcement to the area of the mobile phone terminal of the real-time push,to achieve a common problem of mobile phone self inquiry,to achieve the online interactive,survey,questionnaire,statistics,to achieve a network of community services for the reservation.Through the combination of community service system and the micro channel public account,the paper realizes the paperless management of community residents information management,and the network of the feedback channel. |
