Accompany with the economic system of our country reform gradual thorough,the competition among financial institutions has become increasingly fierce,after all,the core of competition is the competition of talents,especially the competitions in the development of customer manager and the ability of management.Like The Postal Savings Bank of China which was established lately,managing the performance of the customer manager still needs to be improved.Therefore,accurately grasping the performance of the customer manager in time,achieving the reasonable evaluation of the performance of customer manager has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the Postal Savings Bank of China.This research has analyzed the situation and problems in the evaluation of the performance of customer manager in PSBC bank,on this basis,providing a evaluation system for the performance of customer manager which is suitable for the PSBC bank's planning;the concept and the characteristics of development.By using this system the bank can realize the goal that managing the analysis and evaluation of the work and performance of customer manager.First of all,this thesis introduces the research background,the necessity and significance of establishing manager performance evaluation system.Using comparative method introduces the research status at home and abroad,analyzing and finding the gap between domestic and foreign bank's evaluation of customer manager performance,try to narrow the gap between the PSBC bank with other domestic banks and with foreign banks through this research.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of Savings Bank of China,this thesis analyzed the current shortage of customer manager in the Savings Bank of China.Based on this this thesis put forward to improving the current solution,and analyzing the related technologies and theoretical basis.Thirdly,this paper introduces how to design and realise the customer manager performance evaluation system,from the overall design of the system and the design of each function module,as well as the database design;the data source and so on,the ideas of system design and the technology which is applied are emphatically introduced.Finally,the prospects for the development of customer manager performance evaluation system is prospected,providing the direction for the follow-up work.This thesis provides and designs a real-time system to reflect the development and assessment of the bank's customer manager performance.The system is established for the bank's customer managers,the purpose is to reflect the business development of each customer manager,at the same time,according to the product marketing data which belongs to each customer manager,including all the businesses and products which need to be assessed,according to the method for allocation of each stage,realize the allocation among the different customer managers,staff according to the performance of all kinds of product,and make assessment in accordance with the performance level of the customer managers.The core idea of this paper is to establish the customer manager performance evaluation system in the Postal Savings Bank of China.
