At present, the Hangzhou branch of Shanghai bank in the customer manager evaluation mainly adopts the method of manual data collection and summary, and the datas are entried to Excel, which completed the performance results of statistics.But this method had many problems, including the efficiency of performance appraisal is low, the assessment results often appear error or delay in the process of release. So the bank decides to develop customer manager performance information system.In the thesis, the requirements, design, implementation, results and test results of manager performance evaluation system are displayed. The research and development of manager performance evaluation system are comleted, combined with the practical situation of hangzhou branch assessment, using the JSP technology based on B/S,First, the background analysis of account manager performance evaluation system is completed, the relevant technologies, including Web technology, dynamic Web page technology, JSP technology are stuied. Then the mode and content of account manager performance evaluation are analyzed, the demand analysis of account manager performance evaluation system is completed, the system roles are cleared. The design scheme of system is completed, architecture and functions are cleared, three layers of system is formed, the functions of system includes the data query, report query, system management, user management, parameter maintenance, claim relationship management, the data concept and logic model design are completed. Finally the implementation environment of system are set up, at the same time implementation work of system is carrie out, function and performance test of the system are completed.The implementation of this system effectively changes the current performance appraisal process of Hangzhou branch in the manual management state, it provides targeted performance evaluation platform for branch, and makes the account manager performance evaluation is more efficient. The performance management results can directly be checked using the system. It can obtain the performance data automaticly, greatly enhance the company’s ability to master the account manager, promote the healthy competition between customer managers, and eventually help enhance the branch benefit.
