Post Savings Service of China has been opened since 1986. After 20-year-development, it has become a national financial network system with approximately 20 core and surrounding systems, including 31 province centers, covering 30000 branches. With the rapidly development and self-improvement of post financial savings construction, the amounts of customer and business data have become voluminous and complicated. Because of the independence of different systems, the customer and operation data become isolated, forming information silos. It blocked the general classifying, evaluating and analyzing. As a result, it can not satisfy the new demands in collecting, coordinating and sharing post financial customer information under the customer-first circumstance. To solve the problem, it is urgent to establish a post financial customer management system which is capable to integrate post financial customer and operation information, providing direct and customer -oriented service for customer management and analysis.Considering the research background and goal, the thesis introduced the design goal, operation function and technical structure. Subsequently, according to the aspects of engineering design, system fulfillment and some facts of post financial customer information management system, we completely discussed the system design and specific solutions of its implementation. As the principal of the project, I realized the current situation of network construction. After discussed with other colleagues in the project, a direct and high-efficiency network-building solution to the customer management system is established under the situation that all systems are dispersedly distributed and information is difficult to share. Finally, the solution has been successfully implemented in current network. The thesis focused on introducing the construction solution of post financial customer management system, including general system structure, software system, network organizing, data collecting, interface analysis and so on. Meanwhile, there is a complete analysis about specific system construction solution.
