Customer Relationship Management, as a kind of market is increasingly hot new mechanism, which is to improve the enterprise and Customer Relationship. We usually interpreted by the use of advanced technology, for a variety of factors such as clients, image and competitiveness of enterprises is optimized, so as to improve enterprise competition in the market, constantly looking for the high quality for the enterprise customer relationship, and maintain, and continually looking for opportunities, reduce the operation risk of the enterprise, the enterprise has a more stable income.This article is mainly for Heilongjiang province post savings bank was designed and implemented a customer relationship management(CRM) system. Heilongjiang post savings bank customer relationship management system adopts B/S structure,advocated by CRM "take the customer as the center" concept into reality, so that you can make the clients' requirements are met, thus can effectively make the field of business is expanded, thus realizing the effective communication between Banks and customers, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of bank. As the market competition heats up, Heilongjiang post savings bank only positive of customer relationship management, to has a number of widely, frequent contact with customers.Above all, on the basis of CRM to build new operation mode, is of great important to the development prospects of Heilongjiang post savings bank, can effectively strengthen customer loyalty, customer base, mining may sense to improve customer value, enhance the enterprise core competitiveness.In this paper, the author on the basis of J2 EE technology platform to develop,design tools with the method of UML diagram, for development in the MyEclipse development tools, and the system running on the Tomcat container. In this paper,combining with the current practical situation of Heilongjiang post savings bank and demand, studied the theory of customer relationship management, and also to participate in CRM customer relationship management of commercial Banks system research and development work. In the process of research and development of the entire project, I participated in the requirements analysis and general design, and probes into the important module design. In the development is completed, the system has carried on the system test, the test on the basis of perfecting the function of system,and optimized the function of the internship.
