| The contract management is the brief introduction of the behaviors includes restriction,disposition of contract,which can also realize the supervision and other contract behaviors of the procedure of dealing with the contract through management.The digital contract management contains the automatic generation of contract text,the whole process of contract execution tracking,and the classification of the contract text,fulfilling the real-time tracking and supervision for the contract when discharge the settlement,etc.Through the improvement of contract management,it can improve the company management efficiency effectively,and enhance the business process system and standardization.And the contract management system can help the company achieve the realization of digital,standardized,and institutionalize.On the basis of analyzing the operation process of the national State Nuclear Power Technology Corp,it combines all kinds of member units the differences of management.Through analyzing the management mode of the contract approval process,the work structure and mode of adapting to contract management system of the national State Nuclear Power Technology Corp group is proposed.The integrity and coherence of the complete business process are studied,the dividing line between the function of each module of the system is analyzed in the contract management system.The characteristics and application form of B/S architecture are deeply studied,the related containers,BPM technology components,shared public services,data interface and other processes of contract management system are designed and achieved based on the B/S structure of JSP.The characteristic of this thesis lies in managing the contract from three aspects including contract maintenance,contract management and statistical analysis,These improve the management efficiency and pertinence.Meanwhile,this contract management system is based on the group business standard,formulating the operating strategy of the system and providing a strong support for the unified management of the group. |
