Optimization Of Standardized Operations Management System In Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Outlets

Nowadays, consumers is expecting higher and higher quality of service. As a result, more and more organizations and institutions are turning into the international quality management standards to improve the efficiency and quality of their management. Among the wide range of theories, the most popular ones--ISO9000series are really distinguished because of it’s nearly perfect model.Hunan XinHua Bookstore is a Chinese Publisher with branches wide-spreads all over Hunan. The sells tore, as the primary marketing channel, is particularly important. So, it is vital for the sells tores to bring in advanced quality management model actively and to convert their goals from amount increase into quality increase. Hence, this article has proposed that in order to keep up the pace of developments, XinHua Bookstore should bring in the core theories of quality management and apply them powerfully in the standardized management system if the sells tores.In the article, Literature research method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical model method and so on is used. The main work are as follows:I) We Argued the remarkable importance of operating the essence and detailed methods of ISO9000with the establishment of standardized quality management of XinHua Bookstore; II) We analyzed the current situation of XinHua Bookstore; Ⅲ) We did surveys and interviews to analyze the problems:①The sells tore standardized quality management system is in badly need to be improved.㏕he participation of full staffs should be raised.③The attention on customers should be more emphasized.④The improvements should be sustainable; IV) We optimized the standardized quality management system of the XinHua Bookstore based on the ISO9000standards which included the introducing of PDCA theory and the establishment of the mathematic model. V) We proposed series of measures to guarantee the implement efficiency of the standardized quality management system.
