The Design And Research Of AR Panoramic Video For YUELU ACADEMY

Yuelu Academy is one of the four famous academies in China,and it is a witness to the brilliance and vicissitude of Hunan’s excellent culture.At the same time,Yuelu Academy is also the representative work of Nanyue architecture.As the carrier of cultural treasure,advertising Yuelu Academy is not only the responsibility of the world,but also the mission of Hunan students.However,the diversity and low threshold of carrier and the transmission mode of mobile Internet era have opened up a new path for acadamy’s communication.The popularity of AR and VR technology has brought new ideas to the presentation of Yuelu Academy.Reasonable use of the Internet and digital technology,to rethink the strength of the brand,to promote the new look of Yuelu Academy to the public,and to inherit the traditional culture,are innovative and significant challenges.This paper uses a panoramic video technology to show the Yuelu Academy with new look.During the the whole process,the two problems are deeply probed:one is how to behave in a new way to express the yuelu academy,and promote the Yuelu Academy using Internet;another is how to combine service design,business model with Yuelu Academy’s communication,to consider the whole experience and design of the whole process entirely.This paper firstly explains the pros and cons of the Yuelu Academy digital project from studio,summarizes the experience and shortages of predecessors,which provides guidance for the project,and then uses exhibition way and business mode as innovation of the project.Second,the paper analyze the current technology and exhibition way,supplements the methods and theories of service design and business mode as the technical theories and methods of this project.Thirdly,in the practice part,with the help of the actual carrier and the Internet to spread and share,the author attempts a lot,from the initial panoramic video embedded in the AR to the final AR performance by the simulation with panoramic video show,and then through the postcard as emphasis of business model.The process is from Yuelu Academy panoramic video shooting,panoramic video processing to panoramic video Demo production,open source import of panorama player.Besides,the author uses the service design to develop business model,integrates the panorama video into a postcard in the form of two-dimensional code,and designs the postcard.Finally,usability testing of the project is carried out,the problems and requirements will be iterated and optimized,and the video is uploaded on the platform and is transmitted.The whole process continues to optimize the program to improve the experience,find the core experience points and transmission way,and finally the project is completed.The innovation of the project is to show Yuelu Academy for the first time with panoramic video in a n way.At the same time,the theory of service design is used to design the business model,and the experience of the tour process is thought through wholeness and comprehensiveness,and corresponding guidance is given to the design.Moreover,the project will record the beautiful scenery and make it easy for tourists to watch the beautiful scenery of Yuelu Academy and feel the yuelu academy culture anytime and anywhere.There are still some deficiencies in the project,mainly due to the lack of integrity of the platform,lack of content richness,and lack of quality of viewing experience.At the same time,due to the shortage of personal knowledge and skills,the H5 platform problem was not solved.However,the practice of the project has added a successful experience to Yuelu Academy’s cultural transmission,which provides a remarkable exploration for the spread of cultural brands.
