Electric vibration table in the application of environmental vibration test is more and more widely,in order to meet the needs of the market,the three domestic manufacturers are constantly optimizing the performance of equipment.At present,the vibration table has achieved the human-computer interaction,the stage of the volume level is growing,shaking table drive power(power amplifier)has been digitized,except power amplifier DC power supply is still using the past frequency scheme,not only it's bulky,High-cost,and the DC output voltage is affected by the power amplifier,but also produce harmonic interference and pollution of the grid.In this paper,the DC / DC power supply scheme is proposed,and several core problems of the scheme are studied and analyzed deeply.Firstly,the design of the whole system is briefly described.The working principle of the main circuit topology of the system is introduced in detail.From the input of the DC bus voltage on the input side to the full-bridge inverter circuit and then to the high-frequency isolation transformer Design,and then high-frequency bridge rectifier and DC output filter design.Then it introduce's the calculation of the main circuit related parameters,including three-phase input reactor,DC bus capacitor,high-frequency transformer,DC output filter capacitor and inductance.Secondly,the hardware design of the inverter drive circuit and the working principle of the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS soft switch are analyzed in detail.In view of the narrow pulse of the output spike voltage caused by the bridge rectifier circuit resonance,it propesses the RCD passive clamp absorption circuit and Source clamp absorption circuit two solutions,and with traditional methods to do a comparison,which explains the advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the research on the system control strategy is analyzed deeply,and the hardware circuit design of the main detection and protection in the control circuit is introduced.The realization principle of the high frequency interleaved PWM DC modulation in the main controller and the program realization process in the software Done in-depth elaboration.In order to achieve the DC output voltage,stable the mathematical model of the system was established,according to the typical type ?,the closed-loop regulator is designed,making the output voltage stable.According to the theoretical analysis and research of the system design scheme,the system simulation is built in Matlab / Simulink,and the main contents of the research are simulated and verified.Then,the isolated DC / DC power supply prototype is set up,and the key points of the whole machine are experimentally verified and compared with the simulation results.Both the simulation and the experimental results verify the correctness,rationality and feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
