Design And Implementation Of University-based Asset Management System Based On Workflow

With the idea of "rejuvenating our countr y through science and education",the investment in the construction of higher education is more and more big inour country,and the assets of colleges and universities have accumulated continuously.The management of assets has become an important aspect of school management.However,the increase of assets also brings some problems.For example,the increase in the t ypes of assets increases the difficulty of asset management,and the manual bookkeeping statistics can not meet the large amount of asset management needs.As a result,the asset management system came into being,the use of modern information technology for asset management intelligence,to achieve scientific,efficient and standardized asset management has become a demand for the development of the times.Through the systematic anal ysis of the university's asset management model,it is found that the university's asset management has inherent working procedures,such as the equipment management including procurement,acceptance and other steps.However,workflow technology can solidify the process of asset management and is well applied to asset management.Therefore,the development of workflow-based university asset management system,manpower liberation,and asset management automation have become a trend of university management s ystem development.Therefore,this research proposes to study the university's asset management system based on workflow and to design and realize the university's asset management system based on workflow.This topic combined with the traditional college asset management model,anal ysis of the status quo and deficiencies of asset management in colleges and universities,combined with workflow technology,put forward to meet the needs of today's college asset management system.The system uses workflow technology,LNMP architecture,SSH technology framework,MVC model and My SQL database and other related technologies.Through the comprehensive use of a variety of advanced technologies,the system has good scalability and versatility.On this basis,this article on the workflow based on the university asset management system design and function of the overall design,anal ysis of the system module components,namely,real estate management,asset management,procurement management,statistical reporting and system anal ysis.By focusing on the anal ysis of various functional modules,the final design and implementation of the system platform is completed.At the same time,the design of ke y issues related to workflow was also carried out in the process of s ystem design,including modeling and scheme implementation,and more in-depth study of workflow adaptive strategy in case-intensive environment.Finally,the system is tested,the test shows that the system has reached the design requirements.
