The Research And Implement Of Web Based Adaptive Workflow Management

Workflow Management technology is considered as the core technology to provide powerful support to business process re-engineering, process management and process automation. Working as a software carrier of Workflow technology, the main purpose of workflow management system WfMS (Workflow Management System) is to make the business in order by calling the information resources and the human resources to coordinate the operations of the various links in the process.Lack of flexibility is a great deficiency in current workflow management system . This paper presents a strategy of improving the three model based on Synchroflow workflow management system. The strategy is extensive because it is consistent with the Workflow Management Collation standards. The work of this paper including three aspects:1. We add the Exception handling strategy into the Synchroflow workflow manage system according to the international and domestic theories. And the previous work of our lab is also a reference. The exception handling model will improve the adaptability of the process model.2. Most of current organization model is not good enough, as it is not low coupling. the lack of rapid organization modeling tool is another defect. So we provide a third-party organization model interface. It allows Users to choose organization model of their own or the default. We also design a rapid organization tool. And it improves the adaptability of the organization model.3. In view of the situation of most of the current workflow data model is not clear,the data is classified to four types,including enterprise data,workflow data,workflow instances data and multi-flow data.The Re-organization of the data interface is our main work.The new interfaces make the data model clearer and make the programming more efficient.Finally, based on the theory we put forward above , we improve the process model, organization model and the data model of Synchroflow workflow management system,and design a workflow system named adaptive-Synchrofow.The improved system is more adaptive. The work of this paper is going to be useful for the future research of adaptive workflow.
