The research,based on the background of emergency response to public safety events,is designed to combine the emergency command and control system with rescue robots.On one hand,the accessibility in small or irregular spaces,the real-time controllability,teamwork and collaboration of robots can greatly improve the command ability of the system.On the other hand,this system is able to help to improve the performance of robot in aspects of slow response,weak command and control and information obstruction when operating alone.This paper focuses on the research of the robot command and control system for public safety.The main contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical Analysis.Surveys have been made to take a deep look into the current research status and application of emergency command and control system as well as emergency rescue robot in both domestic and abroad market.So that the purpose and significance of the research are confirmed,and the problems to be solved,contents and technical route of the study can be determined.(2)System Requirements Analysis.The functional,perfonnance and technical requirements of the system are clearly defined,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and implementation of the system.The functional requirements consist of event management,situation representation,decision-making assisting,commanding and distribution,data communication;the performance requirements involve interaction requirements,user-friendly,security,compatibility,extendibility,robustness and so on.(3)System Design.This part mainly includes overall design and robot application module design.In the overall design phase,the conceptual model of the system is constructed based on the system requirements analysis and the whole framework is given;the corresponding model analysis and sequence analysis are used to address the functional design of the system;the system data flow process is given and detailed description of the database involved in the system has been made.Robot application module is divided into four parts and discussed respectively:the data communication,situation display,auxiliary decision-making,commanding and dispatching.(4)System Implementation.With the specific developing environment stated,the development and implementation of the framework and data interface module focusing on robot application module under the.NET B/S system are clearly illustrated.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested and analyzed,and further optimization advice is given according to the analysis results.(5)In conclusion,the paper make an overall summary of the research content,including the achievements and inadequacies.Looking forward to the intelligent direction of the relevant field and emphasizing the importance of intelligent assistance.
