| Pushed by the development of information and emergency-coping industry,there has been pressing demand for the emergency command and control system for public safety to be more situationally aware.At the same time,on-site real-time information collection,multi-dimensional information integration and mining,as well as approaches to visualize and display information,have become one of a focus in the field of emergency management.The situation display system to be studied in this thesis,is one of the subsystems of robot command and control system(RCCS).The system collects on-site information with the help of robots and visually expresses situational information using GIS technology,so that the ever-changing situation of disaster scene can be reproduced and represented accurately and vividly,to provide technical support for the commander to make decisions.The main contents of this paper and research are summarized as follows.First,theoretical analysis.By extensively reading relevant literature,and digging deeply into the current situation of emergency command and control system,the application of robots in emergency rescue,the development of situation display system,and the GIS technology application in the field of dealing emergency,the problems and defects in emergency-related visualization have been pointed out,which reveals the research contents and technical route of situation display system.Second,system requirements analysis.In the process of analyzing system requirements,the role of information integration and exhibition situation display system plays in has been explored and recognized,which indicates the functional requirements of the situation display system,and the composition and display types of situational information.Meanwhile,the technical requirements in each stage are analyzed.And the key development technologies mainly consist of mutithreaded data transceiver technology,situation plotting technology,video transmission technology and ActiveX widget technology,and so on.Third,system overall design.The thesis builds four-layer open-loop architecture,and then elaborates the information collected by robots in the scene situation layer.And five functional modules of this system:display and control of base map,situational plotting,situation figure management,information query and analysis and video display are described by UML use case diagram.Finally the internal and external relations are described through the interface design.Fourth,detail design of function modules.The above functional modules are designed with UML sequence diagram,flow chart and the ArcGIS JavaScript API,and the key development technology.Additionally,the manual plotting and automatic plotting in the situation plotting module are respectively designed in details.Fifth,system development and implementation.In the stage of system development and realization,the thesis makes clear the system development environment of WebGIS architecture based on ArcGIS JavaScript API.In addition,the system framework is constructed and the processes of service building and accessing in the system are completed.And the basic functions of the system is implemented. |
