With the development of the fruits industrialization process,higher requirement of automatic production sorting process in fruit line is needed.The production line of apple is different from the peach and pear sorting process,since the apple sorting requires the distinguishing of apple quality,color,weight,sugar and other factors.At present,the first line of the cleaning and disinfection process still follow the manual way with large labor costs,high working intensity and poor processing environment.The method of manual could also hinder the introduction of more advanced ozone disinfection technique.Our research group has developed the intermittent injection type fruit set automatic separation device,which could separate the mixture of fruit sets by the method to spray atomized water.But,the separation effic iency of this method is not high enough because of many problems like random distribution of the axis of fruit set.In response to the above problems,a compensation device has been developed to solve the problem of incomplete separation of intermittent injection devices in the apple sorting production line.The mechanical claw type fruit automatic separation device is designed as compensation technique to complete the organic combination for the separation process.To further improve the separation effic iency,a mechanical gear set of automatic fruit separating device was developed to achieve fully automatic separation of the product on this basis.This paper mainly analyzes the separation mode,research and design of the structure and the control device of the program and to the specific implementation,which mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Design of the overall scheme of the automatic separatorThe apples and their protective sleeves are floated during separation line.They are tightly pasted together in liquid with high difficulty of s eparation.Simultaneously,on the bas is of the specific mechanical separation structure,operational control methods put forward higher requirements.This is attributed to that the crisp surface of apple further indicates higher requirements to prevent condition damage of apple products during the separation process.IN the specific mechanical separation structure on the basis of operational control methods put forward higher requirements.(2)The control system and structure design of the automatic separator of protective sets.A mechanical claw type separation device is designed for the special requirement of the separation of apple and its plastic protective sets without condition damage of the products.The specific design is the non-uniform circular motion of the actuator of the control mechanism to realize the separation of the target.Permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to drive with the design of PWM speed regulation system,which is controlled by DSP control actuator.This system regulates the mechanical parts in order to realize the intelligent control to follow the system design scheme.This automatic control device inc ludes the design of the device’s mechanical structure,the hardware circuit,the software and the upper computer interface.By using the active wheel to do the non-uniform rotation and the passive wheel to do the single-pendulum motion,the system could smoothly work under the precondition of energy saving,so as to realize the separation of compensative fruit sets.(3)Implementation and improvement of the device.A controlling system is made to adjust the apple-set separation process.The specific implementation process finds that although the above method and the corresponding device can separate automatically put the fruit set of mix;the separating efficiency is still less than the requirements of the production line to practical application.And the system is always running in an unstable state.For this purpose,a separation device with higher separation efficiency was fabricated.The controlling system is adjusted to specifically control the running condition of the system.Mainly through the control of a special tooth structure in the process of uniform rotation of the movement,the surface of the drive link to automatically grip floating on the water outside the apple foam protective cover,the use of fixed baffle and mechanical teeth under the joint action To achieve a better realization of the fruit sets of separation.The practical application shows that the improved device not only improves the effic iency of separation greatly,but also the system is always in stable working state compared to the claw separation device.This paper focuses on the research of "the control system of automatic separation machine of fruit sets",and studies the automatic separation machine of fruit sets with automatic separation and compensation device of secondary fruit sets.After the enterprise trial,the expected effect is achieved.This research method has some reference for the research and development of the automatic separation device of other fresh fruit sorting lines. |
