After analyzing the history and present situation of remote controling excavator, in combination with the operating system for remote controlling excavator design example, based on the original research in the laboratory, the main contents of this thesis are as follows:1. Analyse the robotization direction of remote controlling excavators development and its status and trend on native and overseas, elucidate research significance of this title.2. Know the work principle of hydraulic pressure excavator based on analyzing the structure and controlling system of common hydraulic excavator. And confirm the research content based on the system of remote controlling excavator. Design a set of remote controlling installments to control the work device of excavator based on reserving the manual structure.3. The working principle of the distant end operating is provided, and the hardware structure of the remote control communication system based on DSP icluding the design of peripheral system of TMS320VC5402, templet for ADC and DAC and interface with wireless module in detail are given.4. Introduce the work principle of controlling system of remote controlling excavator, and design a set of assistant device to implement distant wireless controlling function of excavator. Testify the applicability of this system based on 3D simulation.5. Introduce the control of implementing device of remote controlling system, and analyse the principle of speed regulation, especially the direct current servo motor speed regulation.
