100MW pulse motor-generator is the main power supply source of the J-TEXTtokamak device. According to its speed dropping down and the shortage of energy storagecaused by the difference between USA grid and PRC gird, the experimental platform basedon doubly-fed speed regulation technology is designed with the characteristics of windingrotor. With the development of power electronics and modern control theory, the double-fedvariable frequency technology is widely used.This paper processes the related researches focusing on doubly-fed speed regulationmodel machine system with AC-DC-AC converter control. First of all, the system isdivided into nets side converter and rotor side converter by its characteristics. According tothe net side of PWM converter’s topology structure and principle, it gives mathematicalmodel of three-phase voltage source PWM converter in different reference through thecoordinate transformation and the strategy of voltage directional vector control. What’smore, a detailed explanation is provided with the double closed loop control principle andunit power factor method of realization for grid side of the converter obtained engineeringdesign and parameter method of choosing in the inner loop current controller and the outerring voltage controller. The Matlab simulation is established based on SVPWM control andthe experiment results show that validation of bus voltage response curve, the exchange ofpower factor, the harmonic function are meet control requirements. At the same time, theyexplain the correctness of the controller design theory. Then it introduces the rotordoubly-fed machine working principle and mathematical model by the motor basicprinciple, which is based on the analysis of the stator field-oriented vector control strategy.The building methods of the stator flux observer and doubly-fed machine powercharacteristics are analyzed briefly, and the simulation research is carried on to prove thefeasibility of the control strategy. Finally, experimental circuit based on TMS320F2812digital signal processor (DSP) to control unit system experimental platform is put up. Netsside of PWM converter control procedures is programming to verify the validity of thecontrol strategy through the experimental results.
