In order to solve the digital manufacturing system of aerospace manufacturing enterprise in the assembly process design problems of low efficiency,low degree of use of digital manufacturing technology,digital design,construction technology and manufacturing integration system,in order to realize the digital assembly process system and effective management of rapid design as the main research contents.By analyzing,comparing and summarizing the mainstream PLM frontier information at home and abroad,it can be seen that the Teamcenter platform in the industry is advanced and wide selection,and it has certain technical advantages.In this thesis,the digital assembly process system based on Teamcenter is represented,and the business situation of the enterprise is analyzed,the system framework and the process framework are constructed,and the system design is realized.Digital assembly process system through the design of 3D digital technology and simulation method,improve process quality,reduce the field change;through 3D visualization process work instruction,standard operation process,improve the efficiency,quality and stability;by defining the BOM attribute structured process,with ERP,MES data transfer,provide the basis for scientific decision-making and management.Provide basic data and reference for the test and maintenance of aerospace products.
