The data mining should be based on the data analysis and data understanding, data mining is a data set contained within the knowledge revealed a technology. Now, data mining will become the information technology application in the future the main target. Both in scientific research and commercial applications, data mining has achieved excellent results. But at the same time, with the increase of the size of the database is gradually, based on the requirement of the data mining of association rules is not only high efficiency, practicability is strong, at the same time also requires the invention of more precise information. Based on the above reasons, should be in view of the current has been developed based on the data mining of association rules algorithm is improved, and the other can also developed a new data mining algorithm.As the field where the application of information technology is more and more widely, the application of relational database also unceasingly thoroughly, made in a relational database to data mining of association rules is becoming more and more urgent. In the midst of a relational database mining the association rules, can directly reflect the interdependent relationship between each event, and form of knowledge. Among a large number of related data collection, excavated policymakers interested in related knowledge, decision makers can use this knowledge to realize scientific decision.In this paper, on the basis of the traditional Apriori algorithm, this paper proposes a new algorithm for mining association rules in relational databases. The algorithm generates the frequent itemsets by scanning a database, and through the frequent itemsets to reduce the number of candidate itemsets generation, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the algorithm, but also reduces the load of memory. But when the continuous development of the information technology, data mining, while the comparison of deep data applications play a large role, but also exposed some problems, the most important is the problem of privacy protection. In the current studies on privacy protection in the process of data mining is very important, to study the ultimate goal is to be able to under the premise of access to raw data is not accurate, can get more accurate data model and the analysis results.By considering the privacy of a higher level of data protection and improve the accuracy of the data mining, in the midst of this subject specific proposed a relatively simple processing method, which is in view of the transaction database transaction processing method. The basic idea of this method is to those who contain hidden association rules with sensitive project, through the study of the processing of related transactions, to implement the implied the association rules. This approach to the database data preprocessing in the first place, the transaction database, a relational database can be converted to and then in a relational database for frequent itemsets mining, association rules, the final will be those who contain sensitive data association rules hidden, to be able to achieve full protection of privacy information. Through the analysis of actual in the middle of the paper and the experiments show that this algorithm not only improves the efficiency of association rule mining arithmetic, and reached a hidden containing sensitive the purpose of the association rules of the project..Medical management information system is applied to the medical industry, can effectively promote the informationization application in medical institutions. These medical database contains data for doctors to diagnosis and treatment of disease, the medical experts are very helpful for disease research, analyze them and processing, the meaning is very big. Currently in most hospital, for data processing and processing only limited to add, delete, modify, and retrieve data, do not implement the necessary data analysis.Data mining technology is applied to HIS system, we can analyze the development trend of disease and treatment method, through the analysis, can predict before processing first, and then according to the prediction results of effective allocation of hospital resources.
