Enterprise personnel system is a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research and analysis of the current enterprise personnel management management system and work processes,combined with the current enterprise information management needs,and according to some high-tech information technology company for many years of system development and project management experience.At the same time according to the specific characteristics of enterprises and customized professional attendance system.And thus in all aspects to help enterprises continue to improve operational efficiency,reduce operating costs,reduce business risk,reduce the workload and support business decision-making as the goal,to develop business needs to meet the needs of the attendance system.so as to stimulate the healthy development of enterprises,a substantial increase in corporate market influence and competitive strength.In the 21 st century,due to the social needs and the Internet technology complement each other,in order to meet the needs of human continuous,Internet technology has entered a vigorous stage of development.especially data mining technology.Enterprise personnal system combined with data mining related technology,to find the basic information and related data hidden behind the valuable information,so that enterprises more in-depth all aspects of information management and the establishment of favorable service support,thereby reducing corporate personnel management of the heavy tasks and work pressure,so that personnel management tasks more efficient and convenient staff of the attendance work,so all aspects of improving the efficiency of enterprises,better adapt to the long-term development of society.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Aiming at the requirement of personnel information analysis in this system,DC_Apriori algorithm based on classical Apriori algorithm is introduced.Based on the DC_Apriori algorithm,this thesis presents the improved Apriori algorithm,and describes and analyzes the three algorithms in detail and the analysis and comparison of the experiment.It is proved that the improved Apriori algorithm can reduce the execution time and reduce the efficiency of the algorithm in the case of association rule generation,which is better than the DC_Apriori algorithm in the same result.For thesystem of personnel information in the prototype design and implementation to provide technical support.2.In the enterprise personnel data analysis system design based on improved Apriori algorithm of personnel data analysis engine personnel information data analysis prototype.In order to discover potentially valuable information implied in the enterprise personnel system,it provides better,more decision-making basis and data support for company leaders and personnel management personnel.The improved Apriori algorithm is used to excavate the association rules that affect the efficiency of employees.3.To achieve the unified deployment of headquarters,unified platform,real-time information synchronization,distributed management,centralized monitoring needs and according to different enterprises can be set up after the system,the daily personnel management of different enterprises of enterprise personnel system platform.The system can focus on strengthening enterprise information security,improve data transmission real-time,improve system ease of use,improve system scalability,reduce business use costs.Can meet the various types of enterprise personnel management.
