This thesis analyzes the operational defect management system in the background of power enterprises.The electric power enterprise operational defect management is mainly for electric power equipment defect management,mainly including power equipment defects occur,defect of diagnosis and treatment of process and the elimination of defects,etc.Power defect operations management is an important task of the enterprise equipment maintenance,now many companies have applied software technology to realize the defect management,but with the development of social economy in our country,the grid architecture is becoming more and more complicated,the enterprise scale of operations and costs continue to increase,which requires the operations management to realize automation management of power equipment,and staff can real-time through the defect in the operational management system to realize information sharing,staff will also be able to timely grasp and deal with operational defects,to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.The research and analysis of the present situation of the operational defect management of power enterprises were analyzed,and the requirements analysis of the system was put forward from the user's perspective,and the development direction of the system was clearly defined.The system USES B/S architecture techniques in the design,and the architecture is designed through the MVC three-tier architecture.The view layer by JSP technology,the model layer is implemented by Hibernate2,control layer by Struts technology implementation,according to the operational defect management process,in the design of function modules,system mainly from operational defect management,work order management and problem management three aspects has carried on the detailed description of the database system is Oracle11 technology selection,on the analysis of the system after the entity information,the database table of the system is also introduced.In system implementation part,through the code description of each function operation as well as the interface of system implementation,access to the system management,work order management,problem management and other business processing was introduced in detail,and finally select Web Polygraph tools,the performance test is carried out under the Linux operating system,verify the system is practical.Operational defect management system to achieve the timely sharing of information between staff,enables the defects to discover and handle in time,effectively improve the efficiency of the electric power enterprises operation and management,but also reduce the risk of the enterprise as defects lead to.
